Job Description/Requirements - Responsible for originating retail mortgage loans; Must have thorough knowledge of structuring loans to meet client needs; Contact with clients can be by phone, Internet or in person; Can sell direct to clients or solicit clients indirectly through third parties such as builders/developers or Realtors.

Candidates should possess sales and business development experience in the real estate and/or financial services industry along with a successful track record of loan origination and funding. An existing client base of real estate agents and industry professionals is preferred. Candidate must exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills.

Originator and Management Positions:

Mortgage Loan Originator - Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator position.

Senior Mortgage Loan Originator - Candidates must have 5+ years experience in a Loan Officer/Originator position. Candidate must have an active production pipeline and must have the ability to verify production history.

Executive Mortgage Loan Originator - Candidates must have 5+ years experience in a Loan Officer/Originator position and/ or managing a team of Mortgage Loan Originators. Candidate and team must have an active production pipeline and must have the ability to verify production history and perform above industry standards.

Branch/ Sales Manager - Candidates must have 5+ years experience in a Loan Officer/Originator positions as well as managing a team of Mortgage Loan Originators that would integrate into Southeast Mortgage as a new branch. Candidates and team must have an active production pipeline and must have the ability to verify production history.
