Georgia FHA Mortgage Loan Limits

Thousands of homeowners residing in Georgia will benefit from new increased FHA mortgage loan limits with fixed rate refinance loans up to $346,250 in designated high cost areas. FHA refinancing loan applications have risen significantly because of the flexibility that FHA allows with credit challenged borrowers.
