Georgia FHA Mortgage Loan Limits

Thousands of homeowners residing in Georgia will benefit from new increased FHA mortgage loan limits with fixed rate refinance loans up to $346,250 in designated high cost areas. FHA refinancing loan applications have risen significantly because of the flexibility that FHA allows with credit challenged borrowers. Borrowers continue to request cash out options that are available up to 85% for qualified borrowers.

FHA mortgage rates have dropped to historic low levels, as the Federal Reserve continues to drop key interest rates in an effort to fight off the foreclosure epidemic that continues to hinder the U.S. economy. The Housing of Urban Development raised the Georgia mortgage maximum limits for 2008. Take advantage of the unique opportunity!
